• Opening Hours
  9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Last admission at 4:30 PM) / Open year-round
   

• Criteria for Horse Riding

  
  We may decline horse riding requests from individuals who do not meet the following criteria as a safety precaution. If you have any concerns, please feel free to inquire in advance.

  [Height]      A minimum height of 130 cm is recommended for horse handling. (Indian Course allows riders above 120 cm)

  [Weight]     We recommend a maximum weight of 80 kg for men and 70 kg for women.

  [Physique]  Individuals who may risk imbalance for both the rider and the horse during riding may be declined, regardless of height and weight.

  [Age]          horse drawn: 4 years old and above / Trail rides: Elementary school age and above

• Attire
   

  Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty. Closed-toe shoes with a heel, such as sneakers (excluding sandals or high heels), are required.
  
  *Long pants or shorts are acceptable, but excessively short pants that do not cover the upper thigh or skirts are discouraged. We also offer paid rentals for boots and jeans.
   

　　　*During the winter season, it can get cold, so please prepare warm clothing that allows for temperature regulation.​

• Insurance for Unforeseen Events
   

  In the event of injuries or accidents during your experience at our facility, we provide coverage within the scope of our ranch's insurance policy. Please be aware of this.
   

• Payment
   

  We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay), electronic money (QuickPay, various transportation IC cards), and QR payments (PayPay, LINE Pay, etc.).
   

• Reservations

  Our ranch does not operate on a reservation system. You can arrive, choose a course, and proceed in order through our reception. If horses are unavailable due to ongoing experiences with other customers, there may be a wait. Additionally, for the safety of all customers and due to our horse assignment procedures, there may be some variation in order among customers. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
